Grandview sings the Blues about Bullying


Grandview was a sea of pink as we recognized the importance of Anti-bullying and what we can do as a school to stop bullying.  Our students were then treated to a Blues demonstration by John McKinley, from the Kitchener Bluesfest and the Grand River Blues Society.  Students learned about the history of blues as part of celebrating Black History Month.

Pink Shirt Day Wednesday


This Wednesday is Pink Shirt Day. Wear pink to raise awareness about               anti-bullying. In addition, anyone wearing a pink shirt will earn colour house points for their team.

Congratulations to our first Murray Cup Champs!


Prince Charles defeated Grandview 26-18 and went on to defeat King George in a nail biter 14-13 Tuesday.  The tournament featured 6 schools and there was lots of positive feedback from the teams.  The grizzlies play next tomorrow (Thursday) at Graham Bell at 9:30 am, 12:30, and 1:30.

Litterless Lunch Day Friday!


This Friday’s spirit day is Litterless Lunch Day! Can you pack a lunch that has no garbage? Let’s support the Eco Team and Colour House at the same time!
